Day 1 – Thursday, 28 August 2025

• 08:30 Departure from Ankara
• Arrival in Cappadocia
• Welcome & Orientation at Güvercinlik (Pigeon) Valley
• Open Buffet Lunch at a local restaurant
• Short nature walk in the old Uçhisar village and through Pigeon Valley
• Panoramic photo stop at Göreme Viewpoint
• Visit to Göreme Open-Air Museum – explore Byzantine rock churches and historical frescoes
• Ortahisar Hillside Settlement – traditional stone & jewelry workshop visit
• Hotel check-in
• Dinner & Cultural Show: Enjoy a Turkish Night with regional folk dances and oriental (belly dance) performances

Day 2 – Friday, 29 August 2025
🌅 Optional: Hot Air Balloon Flight at Sunrise

• 09:00 Breakfast and hotel check-out
• Visit to Kaymaklı Underground City – one of the largest and most fascinating in the region
• Explore Mustafapaşa (Sinasos) – a historic Greek-Turkish village
• Stop at a local winery in Ürgüp – wine tasting included
• Scenic stop at Dervent Valley – famous for its surreal, animal-shaped rock formations
• Lunch – Open buffet in Avanos
• Visit a traditional pottery/ceramics workshop
• Tasting of roasted pumpkin seeds at Hah Atelier
• Evening return to Ankara
